Purpose & content

The process of quoting is the epicenter of NCAB, and it’s
where all our virtues come togheter. Quoting is all about:

  • Building relationship with customers
  • Adding value in projects
  • Grow our knowledge about customers and their situations
  • Building a healthy Gross profit
  • Upholding our excellent Quality levels
  • Delivery precision
  • Our sense of winning or losing

…and we spend a lot of our time to do it.

In this course we will break all of this down to 4 modules: IntroductionValidating RFQs, Quote to win and Quote follow-up. It is quite a long course, we I recommend that you take regular breaks or do it smaller pieces. See more tips on a successful learning journey below.

What your colleagues say about this course

NCAB Academy is a great tool for me. I’m always learning new topics and getting other topics refreshed. I feel that NCAB Academy always boost my energy to go get it!
The other day, I helped a customer to expedite a PO, and just by asking open questions. I was able to “harvest” a $40K PO that otherwise the customer will not have ordered at once.

This was a good course to show what is expected in the quoting process. It also shows well why we should do things in this way.

This course was a really good one and I got several good “hints” for making follow-ups

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN and helpfull to actually see Michael creating a quote. And to have this example.
