•  We do not have access rights to edit, or view all the settings for any Plug-ins – a Plug-in issue has to be fixed by consultants
• This also goes for access to the ‘back-end’ of the site for things like IP address black/whitelisting
• If you want to create or edit ‘other pages’ (for example: NCAB TV page, Academy home page, Academy course ‘by topic’ pages), you can do so under ‘Pages > All Pages’ – the builder works just the same!
