5. Plating – Adding Copper

We’ve drilled our holes, and now it’s time to plate—or coat—the hole walls with copper to complete the electrical connection between the layers.

We’ll start with Desmear and Electroless Plated Through Hole, and then continue with Galvanic Panel Plating.
