10. Profiling – Cutting The PCBs For Assembly

The PCB is basically done! Now we’re going to profile the PCBs, which means cutting the customer’s panels from the production panels and outlining individual PCBs to make it easier for the customer to separate them from the panel later.

We’ll talk about two profiling methods: V-Score and Routing. The customer will choose which profiling they want for their production process.
